TERMS
Last updated August 31, 2026. These Terms govern access to the LocalCommand website, trials, workspaces, applications, integrations, and related services. By accessing or using LocalCommand, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and, when applicable, the business you represent.
You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement and authorized to act for any business account you create or administer. You are responsible for accurate account information and for keeping credentials secure.
LocalCommand provides software for local service businesses, including customer management, scheduling, dispatch, field operations, reporting, reputation, marketing, automation, integrations, and AI-assisted workflows. Features may vary by plan, workspace, location, integration availability, and product stage. We may improve or modify the service while preserving the core value of any paid subscription.
A trial begins when LocalCommand activates the workspace, not when a form is submitted. Unless a written order says otherwise, trials last 14 days. Continued access after a trial requires an available paid plan. Prices, usage charges, taxes, implementation work, and third-party fees will be disclosed before they are charged. HomeBloom Cleaning’s proving-ground workspace may be governed by separate internal arrangements.
You retain ownership of information submitted to your workspace. You grant LocalCommand the limited rights needed to host, process, transmit, back up, and display that information to provide, secure, and improve the service. You are responsible for having the rights and notices required to provide customer, worker, applicant, and business information to LocalCommand.
You may authorize LocalCommand to connect with third-party services such as QuickBooks Online. Your use of those services is governed by their terms. You authorize LocalCommand to exchange the data necessary for the workflows you enable. You may disconnect a supported integration through the platform, although historical records already synchronized may remain where required for operations, security, audit, or law.
You may not misuse the service; interfere with its operation or security; attempt unauthorized access; upload malicious code; use the service to violate law or another person’s rights; send unlawful or deceptive communications; reverse engineer protected portions of the service except where law expressly permits; or resell access without written authorization.
AI-generated suggestions, forecasts, summaries, messages, and recommendations are assistive tools, not guarantees or professional advice. You are responsible for reviewing outputs and for decisions involving customers, workers, pricing, taxes, accounting, legal compliance, safety, employment, credit, or payments.
LocalCommand and its licensors retain all rights in the service, brand, software, designs, documentation, and other materials, excluding your business data. If you provide feedback, you permit us to use it without restriction or compensation, provided we do not publicly identify you without permission.
We work to keep LocalCommand reliable and secure, but the service may occasionally be unavailable or contain errors. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” and we disclaim implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LocalCommand will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities. LocalCommand’s aggregate liability arising from the service will not exceed the amount paid for the service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so portions of this section may not apply.
You may stop using LocalCommand and disconnect supported integrations at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for nonpayment, security risk, material breach, unlawful activity, or harm to the service or others. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
We may update these Terms and will identify the current version by its “Last updated” date. Material changes will be communicated when required. For questions, use the support channel inside your LocalCommand workspace or contact LocalCommand through this website.
